    MORRISON, Colo (CBS4) – A lawsuit filed in federal court in December claims that the City of Denver is in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act for the way it handles wheelchair accessible seating at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
    Because of the unique structure of the facility, wheelchairs can only access the first row of seats and the last row of seats. Out of 9,500 seats in the amphitheater, only 78 are accessible.

    BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4/AP) – A teenager who accidentally shot his younger brother to death while the two were handling a loaded handgun in their Aurora home has been sentenced to two years of supervised probation and must either attend school or have a full-time job.
    Prosecutors with the Adams County District Attorney’s Office say the teen, Jalecc Taylor, was sentenced Monday for the June 4 death of his 10-year-old brother, Anthony Jemel Hemmings-Taylor.

    BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The Army has notified Congress that it will allow the $3.8 billion Dakota Access pipeline to cross under a Missouri River reservoir in North Dakota, completing the four-state project to move North Dakota oil to Illinois.

    Rescue Dog Found 22 Days After Fatal Rollover Crash
    PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – A dog that went missing following a rollover crash was found after spending 22 days wandering Pueblo County.

    The dog was one of four rescued from a shelter in Texas but the van they were in rolled near Colorado City three weeks ago.
    The driver, Charles Roberts of Katy, Texas, was killed.The other three dogs were found after the crash.
    The fourth dog showed up this weekend in front of a farmhouse. She is underweight but is expected to recover.
