  PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) – A Texas man who was transporting rescue dogs to Colorado has died and four dogs are missing after a rollover crash on Interstate 25 in southern Colorado.
  The Colorado State Patrol says 59-year-old Charles Roberts of Katy, Texas was driving a van at 2:50 a.m. Friday when he struck a guardrail between Walsenburg and Colorado City. Roberts overcorrected, causing the vehicle to roll. He died at the scene.

  The National Weather Service is forecasting heavy snow in the San Juan Mountains on Saturday. A winter storm warning for freezing rain and snow is in effect for the southeastern part of the state from Saturday night through Monday morning.

  Ryder has been indicted by the Attorney General for 13 counts of securities fraud, and is also accused of scamming 15 Colorado residents in fake solar power deals. Combined, the AG’s investigation shows Ryder has taken $1.2 million from Colorado residents since 2009.
