    DENVER (CBS4)– A man has been formally charged after allegedly trying to run away from custody while recovering at Denver Health Medical Center.
    Darius E. Ratcliff has been charged with escape from pending felony.
    Ratcliff remains in custody in connection with a November 2015 shooting that left one dead and several injured in the 100 block of Bannock Avenue. He is also facing numerous other felony counts in connection with an officer-involved shooting on July 31, a shooting in September 20

    GUNNISON, Colo. (CBS4) – Authorities have released the identity of human remains found by hikers west of Gunnison last January.
    According to the Gunnison County Sheriff’s Office, the remains belong to 54-year-old Michael David Lewis.
    Lewis’ remains were discovered in the Palisade cliffs area on private property on Jan. 17.
