    AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – A former Denver firefighter, accused of exposing himself to young girls at a store in a shopping mall, has pleaded guilty.

    Timothy Plybon, 35, of Aurora, pleaded guilty to one count of indecent exposure. He received a 24-month supervised deferred judgement that includes offense-specific evaluation and treatment.

    DENVER (CBS4)– The Drug Enforcement Agency is expected to ban a drug that’s been growing in popularity in Colorado on Friday. The DEA will classify kratom as a Schedule I drug on par with marijuana, cocaine and heroin.

    Two men robbed a bank in east Denver on Thursday afternoon, and police have set up a perimeter in search of the robbers.
    The robbery happened at about 3:50 p.m. at the Compass Bank at 4125 E. Colfax Ave., said Doug Schepman, a Denver Police Department spokesman.
