    JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)– Deputies in Jefferson County have identified the vandalism suspect in a graffiti case on Lookout Mountain.
    Deputies believe the young man in the video is Stanley Stettler, 18, of Thornton.
    Stettler will face a misdemeanor charge of defacing property.

    WALDEN, Colo. (CBS4) – The Beaver Creek Fire was human-caused, according to the U.S. Forest Service.
    Crews have the Beaver Creek Fire burning near the Colorado-Wyoming border more than 50 percent contained. The fire has destroyed a cabin and several outbuildings since it started June 19.

    Magnitude 3.9 Quake Hits Near New Mexico-Colorado Line
    TRINIDAD, Colo. (AP) — The U.S. Geological Survey has downgraded the strength of a small earthquake near the New Mexico-Colorado border.
    Geophysicist Don Blakeman says Tuesday’s quake had a magnitude of 3.9.
    Initial reports put the magnitude at 4.5.
    The quake struck just before 11 a.m. and was centered about 26 miles west-southwest of Trinidad, Colorado.
    Authorities in Las Animas County, Colorado, and in New Mexico’s Colfax and Taos counties say there are no reports of damage.

    COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (CBS4) – A CBS4 Investigation has learned two Commerce City Police field training officers have been suspended from training recruits after the FTOs were discovered taking recruits on Pokémon Go hunts on-duty instead of doing actual police work.
    Police sources tell CBS4 Investigator Brian Maass the two field training officers had their authority revoked late last week after their recruits confessed to the on-duty Pokémon pursuit.

    GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4) – A former Ault police officer accused in a deadly road rage crash appeared in a Weld County courtroom Monday for his first advisement hearing.
    Blair Jacksonis accused in the case. The crash happened on June 1 on Highway 85 between Platteville and Gilcrest.
    Esteban Moreno Jr., 39, of Evans died.
    Investigators say Jackson and Moreno were speeding and tailgating each other. They say at one point Jackson cut the other car off, causing Moreno to lose control and crash.
