    ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – The man accused of shooting his wife and two neighbors, one of whom was killed, will go on trial after a judge determined there was enough evidence in a preliminary hearing on Friday.

    DENVER (CBS4) – A woman accused of leaving her children home alone on the day their house caught fire has been sentenced.
    Police say Rocio Arroyo-Reyes, 30, left her two young boys, ages 3 and 5, home alone on the day the fire broke out last September in Denver. She was charged with two counts of child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury.
