  LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) – An intersection in Lakewood was shut down Friday morning due to a fatal accident that damaged power poles when a man jumped from the vehicle.
  Lakewood police were advised about 11:40 p.m. Thursday of a man lying in a lane of traffic on Garrison Street near the intersection of 10th Avenue. Upon arriving, damage to property was observed, as well as to a power pole.

  FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)– Banner Health confirms that hackers obtained access into their system, affecting nearly four million patients and customers.Banner has hospitals and clinics in Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley.
  The company said hackers were able to get credit card numbers, expiration dates and verification codes between June 23 and July 7.

  Officers showed up Thursday afternoon when the man allegedly pointed a gun at a maintenance worker out blowing leaves. The suspect then locked himself in his apartment.

  DENVER (CBS4) – A woman accused of leaving her children home alone on the day their house caught fire has been sentenced.
  Police say Rocio Arroyo-Reyes, 30, left her two young boys, ages 3 and 5, home alone on the day the fire broke out last September in Denver. She was charged with two counts of child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury.
