    Some Theater Shooting Victims Appeal Dismissal Of Cinemark Suit
    DENVER (AP) – Some victims of a 2012 shooting at an Aurora movie theater are appealing a judge’s decision to scrap their lawsuits against the theater chain.
    In recently filed court documents, four people wounded in the attack asked the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to review the decision in favor of Cinemark.
    The survivors argued in lawsuits that the nation’s third-largest theater chain should have done more to prevent the shooting that left 12 dead and more 70 injured.

    DELTA, Colo. (AP) — Anglers with a Colorado fishing license can take all the fish they want from a western Colorado reservoir before the water is drained for repair work.
    Colorado Parks and Wildlife said Tuesday it will lift fishing limits on Big Eggleston Lake on Grand Mesa starting Saturday. Only legal fishing methods may be used.
    The agency says the fish will die as the water level drops, so anglers are encouraged to harvest them first.

    DENVER (AP) – Colorado’s rural areas can’t escape higher health insurance costs because it’s costlier to deliver health care, the state Division of Insurance concluded Monday in a study on Colorado’s nine geographic rating regions.

    Trucker Arrested In Nebraska Crash That Killed 5 Heading To Colorado
    OGALLALA, Neb. (AP) – Authorities have arrested a truck driver involved in a fiery crash that killed a young Minnesota couple and their three children in western Nebraska.
    The Nebraska State Patrol said Monday the crash happened Sunday morning near Brule when the truck struck a van on westbound Interstate 80. Three more vehicles soon were involved.
    The patrol hasn’t released the names of those killed, but relatives identified them to the Omaha World-Herald as Jamison and Kathryne Pal
