• 3 Mountain Lions Caught On Video In Steamboat Springs Yard

  STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) – A homeowner in Steamboat Springs captured three mountain lions walking across her front yard on video.
  The motion activated camera shot the video Friday night around 8 p.m. The homeowner says it usually only sees small wildlife like rabbits, porcupines and the occasional skunk.

  A passionate Colorado native set up the petition saying transplants are ruining the state. It already has about 2,500 signatures.

  FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – A family of six in Fort Collins needs a new place to stay after a fire tore through their garage Sunday morning.
  The flames spread to the attic at the home located at 2709 William Neal Parkway.

  DENVER (AP) – Nolan Arenado and Carlos Gonzalez did their part in a comeback. The bullpen did not.

• Conductor Dies After Fall From Royal Gorge Train

  CANON CITY, Colo. (AP/CBS4) – The Royal Gorge train is closed while investigators look into the death of a train conductor along the scenic route.

  LOCHBUIE, Colo. (CBS4) – A Denver woman who allegedly abused her child in an incident that was captured on home video appeared in court on Friday.
  Weld County officials announced the arrest of Katerina Kennedy-Flores, 27, early Thursday afternoon. She was originally charged with two counts of child abuse, a Class 2 misdemeanor, however one of the charges was increased to child abuse causing injury, a Class 1 misdemeanor.

  ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) – A woman is in custody after fleeing from police during a traffic stop Saturday afternoon.
  According to police in Englewood, a police officer pulled a woman over and learned she had several outstanding felony warrants. When the officer approached the car to take the driver into custody the driver fled in her vehicle somehow injuring the officer.
