    WOODLAND PARK, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Woodland Park ticketed a man after he posted a video on Facebook that showed him running a stop sign.
    Michael Dalton recorded a video showing him driving a shortcut through an apartment complex to avoid traffic. He then posted it on Facebook.
    The video was shared so many times that police took notice.

    Inmate Dies After Collapsing At Fremont County Jail
    CANON CITY, Colo. (AP) – Authorities are investigating after a 57-year-old inmate died after collapsing at the Fremont County Jail.
    Sheriff’s officials say Gregory Smith, of Colorado Springs, was working in the kitchen when he collapsed the morning of March 9. Medical staff at the jail performed CPR until an ambulance crew arrived and took over.
    Smith was pronounced dead at a hospital, and results from his autopsy are pending.
    No other information has been released.

    The Refugee Integration Survey and Evaluation, or RISE, focused on a single group of refugees during the first four years of resettlement. The RISE survey was administered to nearly all adult refugees who arrived in Denver from Bhutan, Burma, Somalia and Iraq during the 2011 fiscal year.
