    BOULDER, Colo. (AP) – Colorado backup quarterback Cade Apsay and free safety Evan White have been dismissed from the team for violating team rules.
    The moves were announced by coach Mike MacIntyre on Tuesday, a day before the Buffaloes kicked off spring practice.
    Apsay started the final two games last season after Sefo Liufau went out with a Lisfranc foot injury. Apsay threw for 582 yards and three TDs in five appearances. He also had five interceptions.

    AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – A fire swept through a mobile home in Aurora Tuesday morning and firefighters worked quickly to keep it from spreading to other trailers.

    NORTHGLENN, Colo. (CBS4) – Police continue to search for the gunmen who opened fire at a gas station in Northglenn last Friday night, and they have released new surveillance images they hope will lead to an arrest.

    BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – The second phase of the paved bikeway between Denver and Boulder will open Tuesday, March 1, completing the connection.
    This addition to the existing pathway begins at 88th Street in Louisville and ends at Table Mesa Drive in Boulder. The first phase, which opened to commuters in June 2015, extends from 80th Avenue in Westminster to 88th Street in Louisville.
