    20th Street Bridge Closed For Emergency Repairs
    DENVER (CBS4)– The 20th Street Bridge over Interstate 25 was closed Friday afternoon for emergency repairs to a damaged expansion joint.Crews with the Colorado Department of Transportation began repairs immediately. The bridge is expected to remain closed until after 8 p.m. Friday.

    LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4)– The Park County Sheriff’s deputy who was shot on Wednesday continues to improve. Park County Master Patrol Deputy Kolby Martin’s condition has been upgraded to fair.
    Martin was wounded in the shooting that killed Park County Sheriff Cpl. Nate Carrigan while they were serving an eviction notice to Martin Wirth in Bailey. Capt. Mark Hancock was also wounded but expected to recover.
