    ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4) – The Pitkin County Sheriff’s Office said on Thursday there is no threat to the public after a snowboarder claimed he was pushed off a chairlift by a skier at Aspen Highlands Sunday morning.

    Crews Clear Avalanche From Berthoud Pass
    GRAND COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)– Crews with the Colorado Department of Transportation cleared snow from an avalanche off Berthoud Pass on Thursday.
    The avalanche put about six feet of snow on the road at mile marker 235.

    DENVER (CBS4)– The Denver District Attorney announced on Thursday afternoon that no criminal charges will be filed in the death of Michael Lee Marshall, who died last fall after being in the custody of sheriff’s deputies.
    Michael Marshall, 50, was hospitalized on Nov. 11, 2015 after he became unresponsive when he was physically restrained by deputies. He died nine days later.
