  DENVER (AP) — The Colorado Department of Transportation, Colorado State Patrol and 80 local law enforcement are working together to resume a statewide DUI enforcement campaign during the holiday season.
  The Colorado State Patrol says the holiday DUI enforcement started Friday and will continue through Dec. 14.
  The effort seeks to ensure roads are as safe for individuals and families going to and from holiday celebrations around the state.

  ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) — Peyton Manning will suit up and throw outdoors this week as he begins his comeback from a torn plantar fascia in his left foot, although it’s unlikely he’ll participate in practice.
  Brock Osweiler, who’s 3-0, will start when the Denver Broncos (10-2) host the Oakland Raiders (5-7) on Sunday.

  FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Fort Collins say a SWAT situation involving a 34-year-old woman with a weapon is over.
  Police said they responded to the K-Mart parking lot at the intersection of East Drake Road and South College Avenue at 10:15 a.m. on an emergency call about a hit and run.
  Investigators said they were initially checking into whether the woman intentionally rammed her vehicle into three different parked vehicles in the parking lot.

  FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – The CSU Rams will play in the inaugural Arizona Bowl in Tucson, and their opponent will be a fellow Mountain West Conference team.

  NEW YORK (AP) — Chipotle shares continued falling Monday as the company faces its first decline in a key sales figure after an outbreak of E. coli linked to its restaurants.
  The Colorado-based chain known for touting its quality ingredients said Friday it expects sales to drop between 8 percent and 11 percent at established locations for the fourth quarter if current trends continue. That would mark the first time the figure fell since Chipotle went public in 2006.

  CANON CITY, Colo. (AP) — The Colorado Department of Corrections will spend about $4.7 million to build outdoor recreation yards at the state’s highest security prison.
  The move is part of a settlement to a class-action lawsuit by prisoners at Colorado State Penitentiary in Canon City. They argued it was unconstitutional to deny inmates outdoor exercise.
