    ENGLEWOOD (CBS4) – A teenager is dead after what may have been a tragic accident. Witnesses say the 18-year-old was shot to death by his friend.
    Police responded to a call of shots fired around 9:45 p.m Saturday on South Santa Fe Drive near Dartmouth Avenue.
    Officers found the teen victim shot dead inside of a car in the parking lot of a mobile home park.

    Stolen Car With 2-Year-Old On Board Found
    DENVER (CBS4) – The Denver Police Department has located a stolen car that had a 2-year-old child on board.
    Authorities began searching for the gold Subaru Tribeca shortly before 3 p.m. Sunday.
    It was found near West 38th Avenue and Quivas Street.
    DPD announced at 4:15 p.m. that the child was safe and uninjured, but being checked by EMS as a precaution.

    Jimmy Carter Says Latest Brain Scan Shows No Cancer
    ATLANTA (AP) — Jimmy Carter said Sunday that his most recent brain scan showed no signs of cancer, more than three months after he began treatment for four melanoma tumors.
    “My most recent MRI brain scan did not reveal any signs of the original cancer spots nor any new ones,” Carter said in a statement.

    ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) – Rising costs are taking a toll on several Colorado schools, forcing one to close and three others to come up with money for construction.

    DENVER (CBS4) – The Denver Sheriff’s Department has lost one of their deputies. Deputy Cary Fujiki passed away Wednesday from a complication during shoulder surgery.
    Fujiki left behind two children, a 19-year-old son and a 14-year-old daughter.

    COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4)– Friends and family gathered in Colorado Springs on Saturday to remember Jennifer Markovsky, one of the three victims killed in the Planned Parenthood attack on Nov. 27.
