  DENVER (AP) — Colorado Rockies first baseman Justin Morneau, who’s missed most of the season with a neck injury and concussion symptoms, begins a minor league rehab assignment with the Double-A New Britain Rock Cats on Friday night.

  DENVER (AP) — Colorado theater shooter James Holmes is being assessed at a Denver facility to determine where he should begin serving his lifelong prison sentence.
  Department of Corrections spokeswoman Adrienne Jacobson says Holmes, like all inmates, will spend 30 to 60 days at the facility before being assigned to prison.   MONUMENT, Colo. (CBS4)– All southbound lanes of Interstate 25 were reopened after they were closed for a while Friday afternoon because of a crash.
