• “Bills streaker” pleads guilty, is sentenced to community service and $250 fine

    ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) – The “Bills streaker” has pleaded guilty.
    Tristan Lambright, 29, of Cheektowaga, will receive a $250 fine with a $150 surcharge for the violation of “exposure of person”.
    He will also need to complete 25 hours of community service and has been banned from any events at New Era Field for a year.

    CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — A white former South Carolina officer was sentenced to 20 years in prison on Thursday for fatally shooting an unarmed black motorist in the back in 2015, wrapping up a case that became a rallying cry for the Black Lives Matter movement.

    AZTEC, N.M. (AP) — Authorities say three people are dead following a shooting at a New Mexico high school.
    San Juan County Sheriff Ken Christesen told reporters that three people believed to be students died Thursday at Aztec High School. He says the shooter also was dead but didn’t say if the suspect was among the three.

    BROCKPORT, N.Y. (WROC-T.V.) – Nine people, including six current students, have been arrested in connection with a hazing investigation at the College at Brockport.

    VENTURA, Calif.  (CBS) — The dangers of getting too close to a burning home were evident to a CBS Los Angeles news crew on Tuesday. Reporter Kara Finnstrom said that photographer Nathan Furniss was hit in the chest by ammunition flying out of a burning home as he approached the structure.

    (AP) — Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon has been accused of sexual harassment by an assistant for his sports marketing firm, according to a lawsuit filed in California.
