  Santa Ana police asked the public Tuesday, Oct. 13, for help in tracking down a man suspected of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.

  ORANGE — Chapman University in Orange is working to contain a COVID-19 outbreak among students on and off campus, school officials said Tuesday.
