    This wasn’t how Aaron Donald and the Rams defense planned to celebrate the league-leading pass rusher’s 100th NFL game.
    Donald, whose 79.5 sacks in his first 99 games are the most by an interior lineman since the league began counting quarterback takedowns in 1982, figured to have a big night against Jimmy Garoppolo and what had been poor San Francisco 49ers pass protection.
    Instead, all Rams combined Sunday for zero sacks of Garoppolo, who was playing on a heavily taped right ankle.
