    Coronavirus: Orange County reports 244 new cases and 1 new death as of Oct. 11
    The Orange County Health Care Agency reported 244 new cases of the coronavirus on Sunday, Oct. 11, increasing the cumulative total to 55,775 cases.
    The county has had an estimated 5,015 cases in the last 30 days.
    The county also reported one new death from the coronavirus as of Saturday, increasing the cumulative total to 1,341 deaths.
    Of the 1,341 deaths in Orange County, 486 were skilled nursing facility residents, 104 were in assisted living facilities and four was listed as homeless.

    Chargers make major schedule changes after latest postponed NFL game
    The Chargers’ 2020 schedule took a drastic change Sunday after the NFL postponed the Patriots-Broncos game.
    Seven games were affected because of the postponement, including four involving the Chargers.
    The changes also pushed the Chargers’ bye week from Week 10 to Week 6. Instead of the Chargers preparing for the New York Jets following their Monday night game against the New Orleans Saints, they’ll have a week of rest.
