    Officials ID 4 family members killed Sunday after a plane crashed, hitting a home in Yorba Linda
    Officials on Wednesday identified four family members who died in a home Sunday when a small plane crashed into a Yorba Linda neighborhood, also killing the pilot.
    Carrie Braun, public information manager for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, said the sheriff’s Coroner Division identified  those killed in the house as the married couple who owned the home, Roy Lee Anderson, 85; and Dahlia Marlies Leber Anderson, 68; along with a daughter-in-law, Stacie Norene Leb

    Water districts make pitches to acquire San Juan Capistrano’s water and sewer system
    San Juan Capistrano is looking to unload its water utility, as maintaining the system is expected to become costly for the community.
    The city is one of very few in south Orange County that manages its own water operations.
    After a 10-month review of the options, the City Council discussed on Tuesday, Feb. 5, which agency – Moulton Niguel Water District, Santa Margarita Water District and South Coast Water District – the city should enter into an exclusive negotiation
