  PHOENIX (AP) – A Phoenix racetrack has euthanized one horse and implemented a quarantine in the wake of a growing herpes outbreak.
  Turf Paradise manager Vincent Francia said Friday that two horses under isolation for 21 days so far show no signs of the virus.
  They were two of three horses that arrived Jan. 20 from Sunland Park, New Mexico.
