  SILVER CITY, N.M. (KRQE) – The families of three teens killed in a plane crash during a school trip have reached a settlement with their school. Ella Kirk, Michael Mahl and Ella Myers attended Aldo Leopold Charter School in 2014.

  ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) – A 37-year-old Clovis man faces 12½ years in prison after being sentenced on his methamphetamine trafficking conviction.
  Michael Montoya was sentenced Tuesday in federal court in Albuquerque. Besides being sentenced to 151 months in prison, he also was ordered to pay $60,000.
  A court document says that amount represents some of the money he made from the illegal activity.

  Craig Whited and Tyler Hernandez were arraigned on murder charges.

  ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Two men accused of killing a man over a beer pong game were in court Friday.  Police say 18-year-old Arturo Villa was shot to death at a South Valley party late December.
  Esias Madrid, 18, and 22-year-old Jack Trujillo were arrested.
  They are both charged with second degree murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
