  LINCOLN COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – The family of a Lincoln County woman killed when a propane tank exploded is suing. It happened in July during the annual Smokey Bear Stampede at the fairgrounds in Capitan.
  Viola Montes, 71, suffered burns over 80 percent of her body when a tank in the concession stand where she was working exploded. She died 17 days later.
