  Monday is the day the overhaul of that off-ramp begins.
  The project will not only repair the crumbling asphalt, but will add additional exit lanes and more high tech traffic signals.

  SOCORRO, N.M. (KRQE) – More information was released about the murder of a Socorro man, allegedly at the hands of his own son.
  Manuel Baca, 39, is accused of killing his 67-year-old dad, Fidel Baca, last week at the Socorro home they shared on Tierra Bonita Street.
  State police have not released any details on a motive, but they confirm they found a pickax at the scene and the trauma the victim suffered was severe.

  Police say Stephen Dale Siddall and William Samora are facing embezzlement and conspiracy charges for taking money from Senate Pro Tem Mary Kay Papen’s personal, campaign and government accounts.

  This is the second contract extension for Davie during his tenure at New Mexico. He received his first extension in April of 2013 after his first season with the Lobos. Davie was named the head coach for New Mexico on November 17, 2011.
