  ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – According to sources, federal agents raided stores in downtown Santa Fe and a store in Albuquerque on Wednesday.
  A Santa Fe source says at about 12:30 p.m. agents from U.S. Fish and Wildlife and the FBI raided between two to five stores. Silver Coyote was among the stores raided.
  About 20 unmarked units were seen. They also say that at one point Old Santa Fe Trail was closed between Water and Alameda.

  ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – An Albuquerque gynecologist, accused of medical misconduct, has filed a counter claim.
  A 27-page lawsuit filed last month accuses 73-year-old Doctor Francisco Ampuero of forcing one of his female employees to have sex with him in order to keep her job. He’s also accused of having sex with a patient.

  ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Police have arrested another man overnight they say shot and killed a man this summer. The shooting happened in August at the Village Inn on Coors near Iliff. Police say Brian Spinder shot and killed Danny Nieto while he was sitting in his car.
  At the hospital, authorities found meth on Nieto before he died. Police also found firearms and plastic bags at the scene, leading them to believe the shooting had something to do with drugs.
