The start point is a parking area just off the A6097 between Lowdham and Oxton (grid reference SK632500, Sat Nav NG14 6AT). It is on a relatively quiet road which is on the right after passing Criftin Farm (going north). Cross the road from the car park (be careful of traffic coming round the bend)...
