    Pinner cheese and wine night raises £1,000 for local charity
    A Pinner cheesemonger and wine bar has raised £1,000 for St Luke’s Hospice after holding a charity cheese and wine tasting.
    Mouse & Grape, based on Marsh Road, donated all ticket sales from the event to the hospice, which provides specialist end-of-life and palliative care for people across Harrow and Brent.

    Pinner youth hall set to become nursery for up to 60 children
    Plans to turn the Henry Jackson Centre in Pinner into a nursery for up to 60 children have been approved by Harrow Council.
    The building at 5 Cecil Park is currently used as a youth hall in association with Pinner Synagogue. The approved application will allow it to operate as an independent nursery. Planning permission was granted on 24 September.

    A man has been charged after allegedly running from police through Pinner during patrols targeting drug-related activity and anti-social behaviour.
    Police said officers were carrying out patrols in the area on Thursday 24 September when they spotted a man and a moped which matched information they had received.
