  European office completions in 2023 fell by 32 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to 3.3 million sq m, the lowest level for five years, according to latest research by Savills.

  The latest data from the Building Cost Information Service (BCIS), shows tender prices increased by an estimated 0.7 per cent between 2Q2026 and 3Q2026, resulting in 3.2 per cent annual growth in the BCIS All-in Tender Price Index (TPI).
