    SBFM has bought the business and assets of commercial cleaning company ecosense, following the company’s entry into administration.
    Marking the first acquisition for the soft FM provider, the deal, effective from 1 July 2026, secures ecosense’s contracts across the UK and safeguards all 1,200 of the company’s roles. Existing ecosense client contracts have transferred to SBFM and services continue without disruption.
