  SACRAMENTO COUNTY (CBS13) – The latest on the search for a missing Sacramento County boy:
  2:10 p.m.
  Authorities say a boy missing from his south Sacramento home since Wednesday has been found safe.
  The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department says 9-year-old KC “Jimmy” Nguyen was found near his home. A local news crew spotted him walking in the area; he tried to run off, but was soon caught by missing persons detectives.

  EMPIRE (CBS13) – Detectives are investigating after an apparent home invasion suspect was shot and killed by a homeowner late Wednesday night.
  The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department says deputies responded to two incidents believed to be related that night. A little before 11:30 p.m., deputies responded to the Oregon Park area of Empire to investigate a reported assault.

  DAVIS (CBS13) – Groups opposed to PG&E’s new rate structure are being told to speak out at a Public Utilities Commission meeting on Thursday at UC Davis.
  Many PG&E customers said their bills in December and January skyrocketed for no reason.

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A suspect is still on the run and five people are in the hospital after a high-speed chase ended in a collision in Natomas. It ended around 1:30 Wednesday afternoon on Truxel Road and West El Camino Avenue.

  ELK GROVE (CBS13) — A crash involving a car and two big rigs has left one person dead along Interstate 5 on Wednesday.
