    YUBA CITY (CBS13) – Two men suspected of looting a Yuba City Circle K store during the Oroville Dam evacuations have been arrested.
    Justin Hagon and Daniel Rodriguez allegedly broke into the store and stole a number of items, including cigarettes.
    A Yuba City police officer spotted the pair early Tuesday morning after reviewing surveillance footage. The pair was soon under arrest.
    Both men were booked on felony charges for looting. They are currently being held at Sutter County Jail.
