  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Have you seen this man? Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a 73-year-old Sacramento resident who went missing and is considered at-risk.
  Nemani Nawaqaleva was last seen leaving his home in the 9300 block of Folsom Boulevard around 5 p.m. Tuesday, according to Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Tony Turnbull.
  Nawaqaleva is being called at-risk because he has a medical condition that causes him to become easily disoriented.

  SACRAMENTO (CBS Sacramento) – Radar satellite maps created by NASA show land continues to sink rapidly in certain areas of the San Joaquin Valley, putting state and federal aqueducts and flood control structures at risk of damage.
  An August 2015 NASA report documented record rates of subsidence or sinking in the San Joaquin Valley, particularly near Chowchilla and Corcoran, as farmers pumped groundwater in the midst of the historic drought.

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Two people were killed in a crash involving a wrong-way driver on Interstate 80 on Tuesday.
