    The Front Street Animal Shelter in Sacramento says they usually get 15-20 animals a day. But they received over 80 in just the past three days because of the storm. They are having free adoptions this weekend because they cannot keep them all.

    RIPON (CBS13) – Law enforcement officials from several agencies are searching for a suspect accused of a carjacking in Modesto.
    The suspect allegedly stole the victim’s car Friday at gunpoint outside a convenience store on Carpenter Road, according to a statement from the Modesto Police Department.     RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS13) – A suspect who allegedly threatened to shoot deputies was critically injured after being shot by a deputy at a Rancho Cordova business on Friday.
