    Sherri Papini disappeared three weeks ago on a run near her Redding home.
    Shasta Sheriff Tom Bosenko says she was found at 4:30 in the morning in the community of Yolo, after being freed by kidnappers.
    Police dispatch recordings of Papini’s discovery included initial reports she was chained to something and heavily battered.
