    CBS4 has learned Aspen Skiing Co. has ordered more than 30 pre-built tiny homes to add to the Aspen Basalt Campground in time to house employees by next ski season.

    Pinnacle Foods Inc. said Friday the safety of its customers is its top priority and no illnesses have been reported. It says it initiated the recall when testing indicated the presence of Listeria monocytogenes in the plant environment.

    DENVER (CBS4)– Crews continued to remove a tree that fell on a home during a severe storm on Sunday afternoon, damaging the roof that was recently replaced.
    The home is located at 23rd Avenue and Dexter Street in Denver. The tree fell on the roof of that home and became wedged between that roof and that of a neighboring home.

    SEDALIA, Colo. (CBS4) – The woman who was riding her horse when she was killed Sunday evening by a lightning strike has been identified.
    The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office told CBS4 the woman has been identified as Laura Miller.

    PALM DESERT, Calif. (AP) — A Southern California zoo has a new bundle of joy — a big one.
    The Riverside Press-Enterprise says a baby giraffe was born last week at the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens in Palm Desert.
    The male calf stands 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 186 pounds. It doesn’t have a name yet.Mother and baby are doing well.
