  MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Protesters trying to stymie the Dakota Access oil pipeline sneaked up on a truss connected to the roof and rappelled down to unfurl a huge banner inside U.S. Bank Stadium during the Minnesota Vikings’ season finale against the Chicago Bears.

  Starting Jan. 1, thousands of drivers along Interstate 25 and U.S. 36 now have to add one more passenger to carpool for free.

• Cause Of Death Released In Fall At Colorado Ski Resort

  GRANBY, Colo. (AP) – A Texas woman who fell from a chairlift at a small Colorado ski resort last week died from a rupture of the aorta and other traumatic injuries, an autopsy has concluded.
  Kelly Huber, 40, of San Antonio fell 20 feet from the lift on Thursday at Granby Ranch Ski Resort about 90 miles west of Denver.

• Colorado Minimum Wage Rises To $9.30 Under Ballot Measure

  DENVER (AP) – Minimum wage workers in Colorado are getting a raise in the new year.
  Under a measure approved by voters in November’s election, the state’s minimum wage rose to $9.30 an hour starting Sunday, up by about a dollar from last year.
