    BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)– The Boulder City Council has approved a measure for the city to become a sanctuary city.
    The city council made the largely symbolic vote to make the city an official shelter for undocumented immigrants because the city already refuses to follow federal rules about questioning, detaining or turning in people based on immigration status.

    PAYSON, Ariz. (AP) — Searchers in Arizona found the bodies of four members of a family Tuesday in the wreckage of a small plane that crashed on a flight from Scottsdale to Telluride, Colorado, officials said.
    Debris from the single-engine Cessna 210 was spotted north of Payson on the rugged Mogollon Rim, Gila County Sheriff Adam Shepherd said.

    The semi rolled at mile marker 209, four miles east of Silverthrone just before 7 p.m. Tuesday. The semi was traveling in the westbound lane when it missed the runaway truck ramp.

    More Than A Dozen Businesses Targeted In Smash & Grabs

    DENVER (CBS4)– Criminals smashed their way into at least 16 businesses in Denver, Englewood and Wheat Ridge leaving behind more damage to property than the value of the items stolen.
    Caroline Momo-Torres is the owner of Colore Italian Restaurant in Englewood. She shared her surveillance video with CBS4 that shows a car pull up to the building, then four hooded men get out and smash their way into the Englewood restaurant early Tuesday morning.
