  We have arrived, folks.
  It’s Week 17 of the NFL season and as usual some of the drama surrounding who’s in and who’s out of the NFL playoffs has been wrapped up nice and neatly with a bow on top.

• Police Evacuate Trump Tower Over Stray Bag Of Toys

  NEW YORK (AP) — The lobby of Trump Tower has been cleared so police could investigate a so-called suspicious package that turned out to be an unattended backpack containing children’s toys.
  Video taken by a bystander and posted on Twitter showed people running through the lobby for the exits.
  Police Department spokesman Stephen Davis said the backpack was found near the entrance to a Nike Town store in the building.

• Deputies Find Body In Colorado River Days After Stolen Pickup Incident

  NEW CASTLE, Colo. (CBS4) – Investigators in Garfield County think they may have found the body a man who bailed out of a crashed stolen pickup a week ago.
  The man’s body was found west of New Castle on Christmas Eve.
  “The county coroner took over the task of positive identification and notification of next of kin. The body that was discovered is believed to be related to an earlier incident in the week,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement.

• Many Stores Have Tightened Gift Return Rules

  GLENDALE, Colo. (CBS4) – Long lines were the norm as people tried to return holiday gifts.
  And it may not simply be a result of people not getting what they asked for.

  Friends identified the victim as Nathaniel Griego, a freshman attending Dakota Ridge High School.
