  FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) — Colorado State senior Emmanuel Omogbo’s right basketball shoe is a dedication to his parents, their names written in black marker with “RIP” alongside. The left one, a tribute to his niece and nephew.

  LITTLETON, Colo. (CBS4) – A 14-year-old boy who was shot inside a home in Littleton on Friday afternoon is fighting for his life, and a 15-year-old is in custody in the case.
  The teen who was hurt was described as being in critical condition on Saturday morning. That’s the word from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, who also said the suspect was arrested on suspicion of 1st degree assault.

  LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) – Police are asking for the public’s help to find the hit-and-run driver who killed a soldier in a Lakewood crash more than four years ago.

  DENVER (CBS4) – A winter storm approaching Colorado will bring major changes starting Saturday night. Ahead of the storm plan on relatively pleasant weather for Christmas Eve with mostly sunny skies and mild temperatures.
