    A grand jury issued an indictment against deputy Jeffrey Stovall in November 2015 in which the third-degree assault charge stemmed from a May 24 encounter outside Karley’s bar.Surveillance video recorded on the man’s cellphone shows other deputies holding him on the ground as Stovall kicked him.
