    Woman Gets Lengthy Prison Sentence For Fraud Scam On Colorado Banks
    EAGLE, Colo. (CBS4) – A woman accused in a series of bank thefts using a credit card fraud scam across western Colorado has been sentenced to 18 years in prison.
    According to Assistant District Attorney Heidi McCollum with the 5th Judicial District, Cynthia Johnson, 53, stole the identities of two women and used the identities to commit the crimes.

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — A Nashville judge has dismissed pop star Taylor Swift as a potential juror in an aggravated rape and kidnapping case.
    Davidson County District Attorney General’s Office spokesman Ken Whitehouse says Swift told the judge on Monday that she was concerned because of an upcoming trial in Denver involving allegations she was groped by a fan at a meet-and-greet.

    Officers rushed to the home in the 100 block of South Knox Court near W. Cedar Avenue shortly after midnight Sunday on reports of a shooting.
    When they arrived, one man was found dead and another male rushed to the hospital in critical condition. There was no sign of a suspect or suspects.
