    BUENA VISTA, Colo. (CBS4)– A small plane crashed in Buena Vista on Monday afternoon.The plane crashed near County Road 3564 in Buena Vista and caught fire once it hit the ground.The FAA and NTSB will investigate.What happened leading up to the crash is unknown. Where the plane was headed has not been determined.It is unclear how many people were on board or the severity of their injuries.

    LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)– A 78-year-old woman who was reported missing from Larimer County on Sunday was found on Monday morning.
    Ludmilla Urumbaev, who goes by the name Lucia, left from a cabin on Falling Star Lane near the Crystal Lakes subdivision and the Creedmore Lakes Road in a remote area of Larimer County late in the day Sunday.
    Lucia was found Monday morning and was checked by an ambulance crew from Poudre Valley Hospital as a precaution.

    BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4)– A pipe bomb was found at Barr Lake State Park on Monday morning.
    The pipe bomb was found by an employee with Colorado State Parks after 8 a.m. Monday in the shallow water in the northeast corner of the lake.

    Woman Killed In Rafting Accident On Arkansas River
    CHAFFEE COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – A Colorado woman was killed in a rafting accident Sunday on the Arkansas River.
    Sandra Johnson, 51, was from Littleton. Investigators say she was on a commercial rafting trip with River Runners about 15 miles outside of Salida when her raft hit a rock in the Browns Canyon area, a section with class 4 rapids.
    Johnson was thrown from the raft, then pulled to safety and CPR attempts were made. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
