    Denver Police Investigating Officer-Involved Shooting At Ramada Hotel
    DENVER (CBS4) – Police in Denver are investigating after an officer-involved shooting Monday afternoon.
    According to police, the shooting occurred just before 4 p.m. in the area of 26th Avenue and Zuni Street outside of the Ramada Denver Midtown hotel.

    One suspect was transported to the hospital after being shot by an officer. The person’s condition isn’t known.
    No officers were injured in the incident.

    BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – After more than two years of legal maneuvers, a 71-year-old man was sentenced to eight years in prison for hitting and killing a cyclist near Lyons.
    “This kind of case is very tragic because it’s related to somebody’s inability to handle alcohol and a very tragic death that resulted in that,” said District Attorney Stan Garnett.
