  DENVER (CBS4)– Police in Denver searched for a man who beat up two women who were sitting in a restaurant.
  Police say about 5 p.m. on Oct. 2, the man assaulted two females who were sitting in a restaurant located in the 3200 block of Colorado Boulevard. They were seriously injured.
  The man then left in a silver SUV.

• Grass Fire Spreading Near C-470 & Bowles Avenue In Jefferson County

  JEFFERSON COUNY, Colo. (CBS4) – Firefighters were called to battle a grass fire in unincorporated Jefferson County near Morrison Wednesday afternoon.
  The fire broke out near C-470 and Bowles Avenue just after 3 p.m. A Colorado Department of Transportation camera showed the fire was spreading from near C-470 up a hillside.
  The size of the fire isn’t clear but no structures are currently threatened.

  SALMON, Idaho (CBS4) – A pilot from Westminster flyting cargo from Washington state to Boise, Idaho, made a belly landing on Interstate 84 near the Boise Airport Tuesday morning after the plane’s engine failed.

  HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. (CBS4)– Deputies in Douglas County are searching for the woman who stole a purse from a shopper at a Walmart store in Highlands Ranch.

  LITTLETON, Colo. (CBS4) – Littleton is the latest Colorado city to be getting a Trader Joe’s grocery store.
  The new store will be located at the Bowles Crossing Shopping Center located at 8055-3 West Bowles Avenue and will be approximately 13,000 square feet. It’s scheduled to open in the first quarter 2016.

  HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP/CBS4) – A former Denver Broncos lineman from Pennsylvania who died of suicide at 25 had the brain disease known as chronic traumatic encephalopathy, researchers confirmed Wednesday.

• Driver Who Caused Crash That Killed Teen Succumbs To Injuries

  GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4) – A driver involved in a deadly collision on Oct. 2 in Greeley has succumbed to his injuries.
  Police say on that night Wyatt Nykamp crashed into a car being driven by Riley David Young, 17, of Strasburg.

  DENVER (CBS4) – The Denver district attorney has charged a man with impersonating a police officer and assaulting a woman.
  Police say Morris Fate, 32, offered a ride to a woman last week at 17th Avenue and Xenia Street. They say he grabbed her grabbed her, claiming to be a police officer and showing a badge.
