    Orange Lutheran hires Nestor Nunez as boys water polo coach to replace Steve Carrera
    Orange Lutheran stayed in-house to fill one of the top coaching vacancies in Orange County boys water polo.
    The Lancers hired Nestor Nunez, the experienced assistant of former Orange Lutheran coach Steve Carrera, to take the reins of the Trinity League program.
    Nunez coached under Carrera for five seasons, including the team’s 2016 run to the CIF-SS Division 1 title.
    Nunez also played at Concordia for Carrera, who left Orange Lutheran in December to start the women’s water polo coach
