    Man pleads guilty in DUI crash in Orange that killed 2 workers; gets 15 years to life for second-degree murder
    SANTA ANA — A 31-year-old man pleaded guilty and was immediately sentenced to 15 years to life Wednesday in connection with an alcohol-fueled crash that killed a pair of construction workers in Orange.
    Hipolito Paez of Orange admitted two counts of second-degree murder, according to court records. He could have faced up to 30 years to life in prison if convicted at trial.
