    Lingering refinery problems and a switch to the summer blend of gas are poised to push Southern California gas prices to $4 a gallon for the first time since July 2014.
    Price tracker GasBuddy reported Monday, April 8 that Los Angeles County prices have jumped nearly 20 cents over the past week and were 52.8 cents per gallon higher than a month ago. Orange County and the Inland Empire have weathered similar increases.
