  • Dodgers’ season-opening roster starting to come into focus

    GLENDALE, Ariz. — At the start of their final week in Arizona, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts referred to the team’s bullpen picture being “a little fuzzy.”
    That picture is “getting pretty clear” now, Roberts said Friday, and the season-opening roster is coming into focus as a result.

    Just over a year after pleading guilty to misdemeanor drug charges, former football star Todd Marinovich was taken into custody Friday for violating terms of his probation, according to court records.
    Marinovich, who has been candid about his struggles with drug addiction, appeared in court Friday and was ordered to serve 90 days in jail for probation violation, court records show.
    The type of the violation was unclear.
