  GRANTS, N.M. (KRQE) – A New Mexico man was caught driving with a blood alcohol level more than five times the legal limit.
  It happened on February 16 around 2:40 p.m. near Grants.

  RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – The City of Rio Rancho will soon begin outdoor water restrictions.
  Starting April 1, residents within the city limits will not be allowed to water lawns between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Those caught violating the restrictions will face fines up to $300.

  BRUSSELS (AP) — After an intense four-month manhunt, police on Friday captured the top fugitive in last year’s deadly Paris attacks in the same Brussels neighborhood where he grew up.
  Salah Abdeslam, 26, is a childhood friend of the suspected ringleader of the attacks and is suspected of driving a car carrying a group of gunmen who took part in the shootings.
