  Jim “The Shark” Dreyer wants to honor both America’s 250th birthday and combat veterans with an ambitious swim in August.

  A recent Minnesota Aquatics Instructor of the Year has been accused of “grooming type behavior” toward a student’s 15-year-old sister.
